Important information regarding the purchase of tickets:
This is a rain or shine event. Please save your confirmation email. If you chose to print your tickets at home, there is a link in the email that will allow you to print your tickets. Please have your tickets in hand when coming to the show, or click on the view/print tickets link in your email to view the mobile ticket on your phone. Tickets will not be reprinted at the ticket office.

Ticket Office hours are Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday game days from 10 a.m. through the 7th inning.

Per ticket fees and per order fees will apply to all online and phone ticket purchases. Delivery fees will be added to tickets selected for Mail or Will Call delivery. (Will Call delivery is only active closer to event date.) There is no fee for Print at Home tickets.
Ticket Limits and Age Restrictions:
There is an six (6) ticket limit per order, person, household, credit card or entity. Purchases made above this limit may be cancelled and ticket fees may not be refunded.
All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket.
Accessible (ADA) Seating:
Accessible seats are offered in all price categories. These are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible seats are sold online at www.indians.com/lukebryan. Day of show ADA seating is subject to availability. Advance purchase is recommended.
Wheelchairs are available at all gates on a first-come, first-served basis. They are provided as transportation to guests with disabilities or limited mobility and may not be kept during the show.
Field Level & PIT Tickets
All patrons with Field Level and PIT tickets must be wrist banded on the day of the show in order to enter or exit field. Please enter the ballpark at the Left Field Gate and visit the Guest Services table behind section 177 or enter the Right Field Gate and visit the Guest Services table near the East 9th Street patio for a wristband. A valid ticket must be presented in order to receive wristband. Lost, stolen or misplaced wristbands or tickets will not be replaced.
Please Note: PIT is a Standing Room area.
Food and Bottled Water Policy
Fans entering Progressive Field are allowed to bring a single, factory sealed bottle of water that is 20 oz. or less through the gates.
Fans may bring food into the gates in soft-sided coolers or bags that fit within the regulated 16"x16"x8" size restrictions. In addition, single serving juice boxes and factory sealed bottles of water that are 20 z. or less are permitted. Food and food containers are subject to inspection.
Obstructed seats are determined by the promoter and have been removed from sale. Any seats with a partial obstruction will be marked accordingly in the purchase flow, giving buyer the option to proceed with the purchase or cancel and pick new seats (if available). Should there be an obstruction day of the event that was unforeseen, it's up to the promoter and venue to issue a relocation. Seats located by railings or other standard objects are not considered obstructed and no relocation will be offered. Any relocations are at the discretion of the promoter and venue.
A limited amount of parking in the Gateway East Garage will be available for sale during select presales at $20 per pass when purchasing your event ticket at www.indians.com/lukebryan. All parking is subject to availability and will sell out fast. Limit two (2) passes per order, person, household, credit card or entity.
The Gateway East Parking Garage is located between Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. Enter off Huron Road, Eagle Avenue off Ontario Street, or Bolivar Road off East 9th Street. Standard Parking operates the garage. For questions concerning the policies of Gateway East Garage, please contact the garage office at 216.781.1682. Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Suite Rentals may be available by contacting the Premium Seating department at 216.420.HITS.
Fans needing to exit and re-enter Progressive Field must do so through a dedicated gate at the Left Field and Right Field Gates. Their ticket will be scanned upon exit. To re-enter the ballpark, fans will enter through the security checkpoint and gate where their ticket or seat locator will be re-scanned.
Seat Numbering System:
Looking at a particular section of seats from the top/back of the section, seats are numbered highest to lowest from left to right.
In accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, fans are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products anywhere on Progressive Field Property. Electronic cigarettes, "E-cigarettes," vapor cigarettes or any device that mimics smoking are also prohibited. Progressive Field is a non-smoking facility. Fans may use the re-entry available at Left Field Gate to smoke outside of the ballpark.
Standing Room Tickets:
If you purchased or plan to purchase a standing room ticket, please familiarize yourself with the information presented below:
There are two standing room (SRO) tickets offered for the show, 1) Standing Room 2) Standing Right Field Terrace.
Standing Room - This is a General Admission Standing Room ticket labeled as "SRO" or "Standing Room". Patrons may stand at the drink rails in the following areas: Right Field- Sections 107, 108, 109, 117, 125. Home Plate- Sections 152-155 or Left Field drink rails depending on the view. Patrons may also stand in the open area of Family Deck level. Ushers will be onsite to wristband. (There will be no upgrades/exchanges to a seated area and no refunds will be offered.)
Standing Right Field Terrace - These are located in the upper level of right field. There is no assigned seating for these. Terraces are defined by a section/terrace, level and space within the terrace. For example, 525SRO Row A Seat 1 means that you may stand in the lowest terrace "A" located at section 525SRO. Standing Right Field Terraces are not tied to or affiliated with the Terrace Club, which is a separate dining facility connected to the ballpark outside Left Field Gate.
To ensure the best customer service, all sales are encouraged to be made from www.indians.com/lukebryan while inventory remains.
Purchasing or selling through a third party is at the discretion of the patron. However, customer service cannot be provided at its fullest capacity for orders that are not purchased from www.indians.com/lukebryan.
The show is rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, further information will be announced closer to show date.
Will Call Pick Up/ Drop Off:
Will Call Pick Up/Drop Off will be accepted on the day of show only.
Questions regarding my ticket order:
Q: Can I access my concert tickets through My Indians Tickets Account?
A: Unfortunately, My Tickets is not active for this concert event. This is a Progressive Field non-baseball event with a separate purchase flow and log in. Please save your confirmation email so you can print your tickets directly from the link in the email.
Q: I purchased tickets and received a confirmation but I can't print them?
A: If you can access your confirmation email, look for the link to View/Print tickets and click on it. This will open a PDF in which you can print from a printer and bring to the show. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact Tickets.com at 877-538-6282 and a ticket agent can assist you.
Q: Can I enter the gate through the Ballpark app like I do for baseball games?
A: No. Events other than baseball games are not available for entry on the Ballpark app.
