Ticket Exchange Help - Helpful hints

We know technology can be challenging at times! Here are some helpful tips we have found that work best when processing ticket exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be done on a desktop or laptop computer
    • Smart phones or tablets are not compatible
  • Partners must be registered on Tribe Rewards to be able to do their own exchanges
    • To register partners on your Tribe Rewards account, fill out the form under the "Partners" tile on the home page of your account.
    • Your partner will receive an email within 24 hours to register their own Tribe Rewards account.
  • When processing ticket exchanges, you must have Flash enabled
    • Enable Flash on Internet Explorer: CLICK HERE
    • Enable Flash on Google Chrome: CLICK HERE
    • Enable Flash on Mozilla Firefox: CLICK HERE
    • Enable Flash on Safari: CLICK HERE
      • If Flash is not enabled, you will receive a blank screen when selecting the game you want to exchange into
  • If you already have Adobe Flash downloaded, you will also need to add purchase.tickets.com to your flash settings in Chrome for the map to load correctly:
    • Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the Chrome window.
    • Click on settings.
    • Enter "Content" in the search bar at the top of the page.
      • Or scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced Settings.
    • Click on Content Settings under Privacy and Security.
    • Click on Flash.
    • Click add under Allow in the Flash settings.
    • Type purchase.tickets.com under site and click add.
    • Go back and select the game to exchange into, the map should now load without hesitation.
  • If you are looking to exchange multiple games into one game, you will need to process each transaction separately.
