To ensure the best customer service possible, the on-sale for 2017 suites will take place entirely over the phone. Depending on your Tribe Rewards tier and tenure, you will be assigned an on-sale date and time. Suite availability is limited and points required to redeem suites will vary based on game date and location.
Please note: Bronze Season Ticket Holders will not have a specific on-sale date, but instead will be offered a variety of suite dates and locations available through Tribe Rewards raffle.

When is my on-sale period?
The suite on-sale will take place the week of March 13th. Your specific on-sale period will vary based on your Tribe Rewards tier and tenure. You will receive an email with your specific call-in date and time in the weeks leading up to the on-sale with additional information.
How much does a suite cost?
The points cost required to redeem a suite will vary based on the game date and the location of the suite. For example, a suite during a July game will typically cost more points than a suite during an April game. Our Season Ticket Service Team can provide exact point values required to redeem your desired suite over the phone during the on-sale.
How do I redeem a suite?
During your on-sale period, call the following number to speak to a member of our Season Ticket Service Team: (216) 420-4483. Our Service Team will be able to provide a list of available suite inventory and required points to redeem each suite. If you choose to redeem a suite, the points will be removed from your Tribe Rewards account and the suite will be added to your My Tickets account that day.
