I'm seeing this message: Authorization Service was not able to complete authorization at this time...

If you are not able to activate MLB.TV and you are seeing the following message "Authorization Service was not able to complete authorization at this time..." please contact your pay TV provider to confirm that you own Extra Innings.

That message indicates that your pay TV provider is telling our system that you do not own Extra Innings with MLB.TV and you are not authorized to access MLB.TV as part of your Extra Innings package.

Please contact your pay TV provider to verify if your plan includes Extra Innings.
