My Pay TV Provider is not listed
Not all pay TV providers offer Extra Innings with MLB.TV. The pay TV providers listed on our Extra Innings Activation Page are the only ones participating. This page has the most updated listing at all times.
If you do not see your pay TV provider listed on the activation page, you are not eligible to activate MLB.TV as part of your Extra Innings package with your pay TV provider.
