Major League Baseball and Facebook unveiled a newly expanded partnership for the 2018 MLB season, highlighted by a historic agreement to produce and broadcast one game every week to a global audience on Facebook. The next Mariners game to be broadcast on Facebook Watch is set for Wednesday, June 13 at 1:10 p.m. vs. the Angels.

Here's the basics:

  • In the U.S., the live video of these games will exclusively be accessible on Facebook Watch and will not be available on television or any other digital platforms such as MLB.TV and MLB At Bat.
  • There will be no blackout restrictions in the U.S. as every game will be available to every person on Facebook in the U.S.
  • International: The games also will be available globally on Facebook, except in *select markets.
  • Fans who do not have a Facebook account may listen to the live local radio broadcasts on multiple platforms or follow pitch-by-pitch tracking on and MLB At Bat. - In addition, full game archives will be available 90 minutes after the game ends on MLB.TV and MLB At Bat (subscription required).
