While Major League Baseball continues to look at all options for the 2020 season, we do know that Mariners home games originally scheduled in March, April and May will not be played at T-Mobile Park. We will continue to work with MLB on plans regarding the 2020 regular season schedule and will announce the effects on the schedule as they become finalized.

Single-Game Ticket Buyers

What happens if I have tickets for a game during the Mariner first homestand (March 26 – April 1)?

If you purchased single game tickets for the Mariners from Ticketmaster for the first homestand you will be refunded to the credit card or debit card you used to make your purchase. Please allow 30 days for refunds to reflect in your account.

If you made a purchase from a Team Store or any other location, please email [email protected] for more information.

Please note: If single-game tickets were transferred, refunds will be processed back to the original purchaser

What happens if I purchased tickets for a game that was originally scheduled to be played at T-Mobile Park (April 9 - May 31)?

If you purchased single-game tickets for the Mariners from Ticketmaster for impacted games through May 31, 2020, you will have the option to request a refund through Ticketmaster.

Steps to request a refund from Ticketmaster:

  1. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
  2. Access the "Order Details" page.
  3. Click on the impacted Mariners event.
  4. At the bottom of the page, in the "Self-Service" section, choose, "Request a Refund".

If you made a purchase through the FEVO ticket platform you will receive an automatic refund within 30 days of your scheduled game date.

I have tickets for a game date later in the season. What should I do?

We are closely monitoring the situation and working with MLB to ensure the safety of our players, employees and fans. If additional changes are made to the 2020 regular season, we will announce the effects on the schedule as they become finalized.

I bought tickets from a third-party reseller. How are these tickets being treated?

Everyone who purchased tickets from a third-party platform should contact that platform for specific ticketing information. That excludes tickets purchased through Seattle Mariners ticketing partners Ticketmaster and FEVO.

I had tickets to a Spring Training game in Arizona that was cancelled. What should I do?

All Spring Training ticketing questions should be directed to the Peoria Box Office.

Season Ticket Members

What happens to the tickets I have for cancelled games (March 26 - April 1)?

A credit for the cancelled event will be applied to your My Mariners Account automatically on or before the date of the cancelled event(s). The following options are available to use cancelled game credits:

  • Redeemed for any 2020 regular season home game
  • Rolled over to the 2021 season at the conclusion of the 2020 season
  • Request a refund through your Mariners Account Representative

What happens to the tickets I have for a game that is currently impacted (April 9 - May 31)?

All Season Ticket Members will automatically receive a credit to their account for tickets to impacted or missed games through May 31. The credit will be applied to your account by May 8 and can be used in 2020 or carried over to the 2021 season.

What is the Season Ticket Member Offer?

In appreciation for your loyalty and commitment, we have created a special ticket opportunity for Season Ticket Members that we hope will provide you with peace of mind and added value in 2020 and in 2021.

If you use at least 85% of your original 2020 season ticket investment during the 2020 season or roll it over to the 2021 season, you will receive complimentary tickets for the 2021 season. The specific number of complimentary tickets is based off of your Season Ticket Membership and will be deducted from your 2021 invoice. This equates to a 15% discount off of your 2021 season tickets.

I know that there were Season Ticket Member events scheduled for the beginning of the season. Will those be rescheduled?

At this point in time we are not certain of the impact postponements will have on Season Ticket Member events and benefits program. We are committed to continuing to offer excellent Season Ticket Member benefits and experiences when the season begins.

What’s the best way to get updates on the 2020 Mariners schedule?

We will continue to work with MLB on plans regarding the 2020 regular season schedule and will announce the effects on the schedule as they become finalized. We recommend checking your email and this page for the most up-to-date news regarding the Mariners schedule and plans.

What happens to the tickets I have for cancelled games (March 26 - April 1)?

As a suite ticket buyer, you will receive a credit for cancelled games. The credit is accessible through your My Mariners Account and may be used to purchase tickets for other 2020 regular season home games. If you are interested in booking a different suite date later in the 2020 season, please email your Mariners Account Representative.

What happens to the tickets I have for a game that is currently impacted (April 9 - May 31)?

You will receive more information about plans for impacted games as it becomes available. If you would prefer to reschedule your suite event to a game date later in the season at this time, or rollover your event payment to the 2021 season, please email your Mariners Account Representative directly.

What happens if I purchased a suite for a game date later in the season?
