We strongly encourage you to pick up you fan cutout(s) on your assigned date. If you are unable to, select dates are available at the beginning of November, but wait times to retrieve your cutout may be significantly longer. Will I get my fan cutout(s) back at the end of the 2020 season?
All fan cutout purchasers received an email with information and a survey about picking up their fan cutout after the season ends. (Note: If we have not received your survey by September 24, your fan cutout(s) will be recycled).
Do I need an appointment to pick up my cutout?
Yes, all Seat Fleet Members interested in picking up their cutout should have completed a survey by September 24. Survey respondents will receive an email after the regular season ends with additional details including a date for pick up at the T-Mobile Park Team Store.
I am unable to pick up my fan cutout(s) at T-Mobile Park, will you ship it to me?
We are unfortunately unable to ship Seat Fleet cutouts.
I picked up my fan cutouts, but one or more was missing. What should I do?
We cannot guarantee all fan cutouts will be available for pickup. We will do our best to let you know if one or more of your cutouts is missing before your pick-up date. If we locate your additional fan cutout(s), we will contact you via email and schedule a new pick-up date.
Where should I park when I come to pick up my fan cutout(s)?
Complimentary parking will be available at the Mariners Garage located on Edgar Martinez Drive S, just south of the ballpark.
What sort of health and safety precautions will be in place when I pick up my fan cutout(s)?
Fan cutout pickup will take place at the T-Mobile Park Team Store along 1st Ave S., on the west side of the ballpark. Masks are required for pickup and all employees will be wearing masks. Social distancing requirements and store capacity limits will be observed. Please be prepared to wait briefly outside of the Team Store to maintain these restrictions.
Can I bring others with me to pick up my cutouts?
Due to store capacity limits at the T-Mobile Park Team Store, we recommend you limit the number of people accompanying you for pickup.
What do I need to bring when I pick up my cutout?
- Confirmation email
- Large garbage bag (optional). Your cutout has been sitting in T-Mobile Park for weeks and may be dusty.
When is the last day I can purchase my fan cutout(s) to have it in T-Mobile Park for the 2020 season?
The final day to purchase your fan cutout is Sunday, September 13.
How long after I order my fan cutout will it be installed in T-Mobile Park?
Your fan cutout will be installed within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase.
Will I be able to select my seat location?
No. Fan cutout(s) will be placed randomly throughout T-Mobile Park.
If I order multiple fan cutout(s), will they be seated together?
Yes. All fan cutout(s) purchased on the same order will be seated together.
Will I know where my fan cutout(s) is sitting?
You will receive an email letting you know the section and row you're seated.
Will I get a photo of my fan cutout(s)?
The email with your location will also have a link to view a photo of your section along with instructions on how to find your cutout.
What if I never received my location email?
You should receive your location email 2-3 weeks after purchase. If you have not received the email by then, be sure to check your SPAM filter.
If you're unable to locate the message, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Seat Fleet location." In the body of the message include your name, the number of cutouts you bought and the email address you used to make your purchase. We will send you your location and a link to view a photo of your section.
Can there be multiple people within one image on a fan cutout?
No, only one Mariners fan per cutout.
What qualifies as my fan cutout(s) “catching” a ball?
It is considered “catching” a ball if your fan cutout(s) gets directly hit with a baseball on the fly.
What if my fan cutout(s) “catches” a foul ball or home run?
If your fan cutout(s) “catches” a foul ball by any player (on the Mariners or opposing team), we will mail you the baseball. If your fan cutout(s) “catches” a home run by a Mariners player, we will send you the baseball. If your fan cutout(s) “catches” an opposing players home run, the ball will not be mailed out.
How will I know if my fan cutout(s) “catches” a foul ball or home run?
We will contact you via the email you used when ordering your fan cutout(s).
Will my fan cutout(s) remain at T-Mobile Park for the entire 2020 season?
Yes, once your fan cutout(s) is installed it will remain there for the entire 2020 season.
What if the season gets delayed or cancelled?
All payments made to purchase a fan cutout(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 MLB Season.
