Haniger hit by pitch on right wrist, day to day

OAKLAND -- Mariners right fielder Mitch Haniger exited Tuesday night's 3-2 win over the A's in the bottom of the fifth inning, not long after he was hit on his right wrist by a pitch from Oakland starter .
After getting hit in the top of the fourth, Haniger played the field in the bottom of the frame, but he was taken out an inning later. X-rays were negative, and Haniger, who wore a thick ice wrap in the Mariners' clubhouse after the game, is day to day.
"All good, no break," Haniger said. "When I came in to see if I could pick up a bat, I couldn't really grip it too well, so that's why I came out."

Haniger leads Seattle with 11 home runs and 36 RBIs.
The Mariners are already without (suspension), Dee Gordon (fractured right big toe) and , who sat out his second consecutive game after getting hit by a pitch on his left elbow Saturday.
