Ticket Info & Refunds

Ticket Delivery
All Postseason tickets will be delivered digitally. Fans have the choice of printing their ticket at home or view their ticket on a smartphone upon entry.

Will Call
Will Call drop-offs or pick-ups will not be available during the Postseason. If you are transferring your tickets to a third party, please make delivery arrangements in advance.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
The Mariners are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets for Postseason games. Reprinting of Postseason tickets is prohibited, tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. Postseason tickets are not eligible to be exchanged.

Refunds
In the event that a Postseason game is not played, all single-game purchases for that game will be automatically refunded to the credit card on which it was purchased. No refunds will be issued for played games for any reason.

Box Office Hours
Located on Edgar Martinez Drive S. and First Avenue S., the Safeco Field box office is open seven (7) days a week.

  • Non-Game Day Box Office Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Game Day Box Office Hours: 10:00 a.m. to end of game

Please note that Will Call will not be available during the Postseason. If you are transferring your tickets to a third party, please make delivery arrangements in advance.

Q: What time are the games and who will the Mariners be playing?
A: Due to the nature of the Postseason, game dates, times and opponents will not be determined until after the regular season has concluded. Schedule updates will be available at Mariners.com.

Q: How will I get my tickets after purchasing them online?
A: All single game Postseason tickets will be delivered digitally. Fans have the choice of printing their ticket at home or viewing their ticket on a smartphone upon entry.

Q: Can I purchase parking passes for the Postseason?
A: There will not be any advanced parking sales for individual Postseason games at Safeco Field. Drive up parking will be extremely limited.

Q: Will I receive a refund for Postseason games not played?
A: In the event that a Postseason game is not played, all single-game purchases for that game will be automatically refunded to the credit card on which it was purchased. No refunds will be issued for played games for any reason.

Q: Will strips be available to the general public or only single-game tickets?
A: General public tickets will be made available on a single-game basis only. Announcements will be made once it is certain that each game will be played. Mariners.com will continually update with the latest information regarding the Postseason schedule.

Q: How do I purchase ADA seating for the Postseason?
A: Just as we do for every regular season game, the Mariners will be making ADA accessible seating available for sale to the general public for Postseason games at Safeco Field. Ticket inventory for Postseason games is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited inventory, it is expected that all seats will sell out quickly.

Q: What is the schedule for Postseason play?

A: Tiebreaker Game 1: A one-game matchup to decide the winner of Division and/or Wild Card 
Tiebreaker Game 2: A one-game matchup to decide the winner of the Wild Card
Wild Card (Series 1): A one-game matchup between the two Wild Card teams
Division Series (Series 2): A best-of-5 series played in a 2-2-1 format (if necessary)
League Series (Series 3): A best-of-7 series played in 2-3-2 format (if necessary)
World Series (Series 4): A best-of-7 series played in a 2-3-2 format, with the League Champion with the highest regular winning percentage hosting up to four (4) Home Games 

Q: How much do Postseason tickets cost? 
A: Major League Baseball determines the price of each ticket for each round in the Postseason.

Q: Can I leave my Postseason tickets at Will Call or drop them off for someone else?
A: No, the Mariners Ticket Office will not accept any third party Will Call drop offs for the Postseason.

Q: Can I exchange my tickets for a different game during the Postseason?
A: No, exchanges will not be available during the Postseason. If you are not able to make a game, you have the ability to resell your tickets and purchase other single game tickets online based on availability.

Ticket Brokers are not eligible for 2018 Postseason Priority provided in connection with the 2019 Season Ticket Deposit special offer. The Mariners reserve the right to cancel and refund any 2019 Season Ticket Deposit made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Broker.
