Memories FAQ

Q: Can I participate if I do not have an iPhone, Android or Windows device?
A: Yes! If you do not have access to a smart phone or iPod, please contact your Account Manager directly after you see a Memory you would like to use your credits for. We can manually process the request for you. Windows devices may look at Memories by visiting Mariners.com/mobileballpark on their mobile device.

Q: How do I get credits?
A: Credits are given out based upon your season ticket package. You will be able to check how many credits you have on your account right in the MLB Ballpark app. To view your credits, after moving through Steps 1-4 in the How To Get Started page, simply "X" out of all open windows in the app, and you will be taken to the main page where you can click on your Profile and browse other game opportunities.

Q: Can I purchase more credits?
A: No, at this time you cannot purchase additional Season Ticket Holder Exclusive Memories credits. However, new this season, you can purchase select Memories through the app.

Q: Do credits roll over to the next season?
A: No, they do not, so make sure to use your credits during the 2017 season!

Q: I have redeemed a memory with my credits, now what?
A: Follow the prompts after you confirm your redemption to find out where you need to go (or be) to redeem your memory.

Q: I secured a post-game memory, but my battery is dying. What should I do?
A: Visit one of the many smartphone charging stations located inside Safeco Field. Each charging station is wall-mounted and includes 16 ports with various plugs to fit most devices. Plug in and charge you phone for free at sections 123, 133, 224, 329 and The 'Pen.

Q: Why do I have to create a PIN number?
A: Instead of creating a lengthy password to login, simply create a 4-digit PIN to access your Season Ticket Holder Memories account.

Q: I think I redeemed a Memory, but how am I sure?
A: If you have redeemed a Season Ticket Holder Memory correctly, you will be taken to a new window in the app that will give you complete details and confirmation regarding your experience. An email receipt will also be sent to the email address associated with your login information.

Q: I logged in, but I can't see any of the Season Ticket Holder Memories special experiences. Where can I find those?
A: Make sure to login to the Season Ticket Holder Memories portal with the email address associated with your season ticket account. This email address is how we recognize your Season Ticket Holder status. Please note: you may login to the Ballpark app with your MLB account, and can login to the Season Ticket Holder Memories portion of the app with a different address.

Q: Where can I find my Memory point balance?
A: When in the Ballpark app and after moving through Steps 1-4 in the How To Get Started page, simply "X" out of all open windows in the app, and you will be taken to the main page where you can click on your Profile and browse other game opportunities. You may toggle through game dates by clicking a the top of this page and continuing to browse available Memories.
