Each Season Ticket Holder is assigned a Mariners Account Representative, solely dedicated to servicing their season ticket account and experience. The staff will assist with:
- Annual season ticket renewal process
- Annual Seat Relocation Program
- Managing "My Mariners Account" online
- Online resale and forwarding program
- Advanced notice of important mailings and events
- Timely reminders on payment due dates
- Timely reminders of game time and broadcast changes
- Special offers and team news

Season Ticket Holder Partner ID Card Requests
Primary account holders can now access their Season Ticket Holder ID Card digitally on the MLB Ballpark App. Access early gate openings, enjoy your Mariners Team Store discount and more, all from your phone.
To request a Season Ticket Holder partner ID card, the primary account holder must fill out the below form, contact your dedicated Account Representative, or call (206) 346-4003. Partner ID Cards will be mailed directly to the partner address provided in the survey. Please allow 1-2 weeks for partner ID cards to arrive.
Exclusive opportunities to purchase Spring Training tickets, single-game tickets, postseason tickets, and unique T-Mobile Park non-baseball events before they go on sale to the general public.

Season Ticket Holders can make reservations up to 24 hours prior to game time by calling (206) 346-4373 (subject to availability). Have your season ticket account number handy. Please note: select seats are sold for pre-purchase and are unavailable for reservations.
Season Ticket Holder E-mails
In order to receive information and participate in select Season Ticket Holder programs (including, but not limited to: Spring Training advance ticket offers, regular season presale ticket offers, and exclusive Season Ticket Holder events), you must provide the Mariners with your e-mail address. To confirm that we have a valid e-mail address, please call the Season Ticket Hotline (206) 346-4003.
Ensure that you do not have a spam filter on your e-mail that is preventing our messages from getting to you. Please make sure you have the following names added to your personal e-mail address book to ensure that you receive important communications from Mariners.com: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com.

Ticket Brokers may not be eligible for certain Season Ticket holder benefits, pricing, and seat locations. The Mariners reserve the right to cancel and refund any 2019 Season Ticket Deposit made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Broker.
