Dedicated Account Representative
Each Season Ticket Holder is assigned a Mariners Account Representative, solely dedicated to servicing their season ticket account and experience. The staff will assist with:
- Annual season ticket renewal process
- Annual Seat Relocation Program
- Managing "My Mariners Account" online
- Online resale and forwarding program
- Advanced notice of important mailings and events
- Timely reminders on payment due dates
- Timely reminders of game time and broadcast changes
- Special offers and team news
- And more!

STH ID Card
Each season ticket account receives (1) STH ID card to use throughout the year and season. This card may be used to enter STH Early Gate Openings, redeem special Team Store discounts, access certain Season Ticket Holder events and more.
Prior to the start of the season, Season Ticket Holders will be mailed a special benefits packet that includes (1) STH ID card, voucher for a complimentary Media Guide, vouchers for complimentary Safeco Field Tours and information regarding all Season Ticket Holder benefits. If a season ticket partner is looking to acquire a STH ID card, the primary account holder must contact their dedicated Account Representative directly or fill out this form.
Exclusive opportunities to purchase Spring Training tickets, single-game tickets, postseason tickets, and unique Safeco Field non-baseball events before they go on sale to the general public.

Season Ticket Holder E-mails
In order to receive information and participate in select Season Ticket Holder programs (including, but not limited to: Spring Training advance ticket offers, regular season presale ticket offers, and exclusive Season Ticket Holder events), you must provide the Mariners with your e-mail address. To confirm that we have a valid e-mail address, please call the Season Ticket Hotline (206) 346-4003.
Ensure that you do not have a spam filter on your e-mail that is preventing our messages from getting to you. Please make sure you have the following names added to your personal e-mail address book to ensure that you receive important communications from Mariners.com: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hit It Here Café Reservations
Season Ticket Holders can make reservations up to 24 hours prior to game time by calling (206) 346-4373 (subject to availability). Have your season ticket account number handy. Please note: select seats are sold for pre-purchase and are unavailable for reservations 30 minutes prior to game time through the conclusion of the game.
To purchase tickets for the primary purpose of reselling those tickets, please visit Mariners.com/Broker or contact Bob Hellinger at email@example.com or (206) 346-4454. If the Mariners determine, in their sole discretion, that any Season Ticket Account holder purchases any tickets for the primary purpose of reselling those tickets, the Season Ticket Account holder may be classified as a Ticket Broker. Ticket Brokers may not be eligible for certain Season Ticket holder benefits, pricing, and seat locations.
