How It Works

  • The Mariners Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program available exclusively through the free MLB Ballpark app (required for ticket delivery).
  • Purchase all your passes in one transaction to enjoy the game with family and friends! (Maximum 2 per account)
  • Your Mariners Ballpark Pass will auto-renew on the third Wednesday of each month for the following month of games (e.g. May's Pass will automatically renew on April 17).
  • You will be provided with Standing Room Only tickets for games. Enjoy the game from the T-Mobile 'Pen or upgrade to a seating location through the app.
  • When you're ready to enter T-Mobile Park, access your passes in the MLB Ballpark app, scan in with your barcode and enjoy the game!

Please note: All of your passes will be available via the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone. There are no refunds/exchanges. Tickets are non-transferrable. For more information see Exchanging Tickets section below.

Mariners Ballpark Pass tickets will not be immediately available to manage. Pass Holders will receive an email notifying them when tickets are available in the MLB Ballpark app.

Mariners Ballpark Pass Payment & Auto-Renewal Details

By purchasing the Mariners Ballpark Pass, you are signing up for auto-renewal of the Mariners Ballpark Pass each month through the month of August 2019. The Mariners Ballpark Pass will auto-renew on the third Wednesday of each month for the following month of Mariners home games (e.g., the Mariners Ballpark Pass for the month of May 2019 will automatically renew on April 17, 2019). You authorize the credit card you use to purchase your Mariners Ballpark Pass to be charged automatically on the third Wednesday of each month through August 2019 (payment dates: 4/17, 5/15, 6/19, 7/17, 8/21).

The Mariners Ballpark Pass can be canceled at any time. To cancel your Mariners Ballpark Pass and the automatic payment, you must call (206) 346-4001 or email SeasonTicketHolder@Mariners.com by 5:00 p.m. PST on the third Monday of each month prior to the next month of Mariners home games (cancelation dates: 4/15, 5/13, 6/17, 7/15, 8/19).

How to Enter T-Mobile Park

Your Mariners Ballpark Pass can be easily accessed through the MLB Ballpark app and presented at the gates of T-Mobile Park for entry. 

Steps to accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app:

  1. Open the "Wallet" tab. 
  2. Tap an individual ticket from the Wallet. 
  3. Present the barcode view (Scan View) on your mobile device for entrance into the ballpark. 
  4. Swipe the screen to view multiple tickets for the same game.

A: The Mariners Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program (no printed tickets) that requires the MLB Ballpark app for admission into T-Mobile Park.

Q: What if I want to go to games with friends and family?
A: Because the Mariners Ballpark Pass is managed exclusively through your personal mobile device, there is a limit of two passes that an individual can purchase. Family and friends can purchase their own Ballpark Pass.

Q: Is the Mariners Ballpark Pass refundable?

A: We are selling a limited quantity of Mariners Ballpark Pass, if you choose to cancel your Pass, we may be sold out of Mariners Ballpark Pass later in the season. If you would like to join our Ballpark Pass wait list, please call (206) 346-4001.

Q: Does my Mariners Ballpark Pass include Group Event giveaway items?
A: No, the only way to receive a Group Event giveaway item is to purchase a specific Group Event ticket for that giveaway. Group Event tickets can be purchased through the Group Events website, Mariners.com/GroupEvents.

Q: What if I need accessible seating? 
A: The Mariners Ballpark Pass includes Standing Room Only seats. All Standing Room Only admission to T-Mobile Park is accessible to guests with disabilities.

Entering T-Mobile Park

Q: How do I get into T-Mobile Park with my Mariners Ballpark Pass?
A: Your Standing Room Only tickets for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and login with the email address you used to purchase the Mariners Ballpark Pass and your mobile phone number. In the Wallet tab, you will see a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into T-Mobile Park.

Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at T-Mobile Park together.

Q: What if I want to upgrade to a seat?
A:
If you would like to upgrade to a seating location, go to the Mariners tab in the MLB Ballpark app and select "STH Memories" in the Fan Services section. Click "Shop Now". Choose the date for your seat upgrade and select the seating area you would like to upgrade into.

Exchanging Tickets

Q: Can I sell my Mariners Ballpark Pass tickets for games that I do not attend?
A: No,
Ballpark Pass tickets are non-transferable. Admission to T-Mobile Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

Q: Can I share my Mariners Ballpark Pass with someone else?
A: Tickets cannot be shared. Admission to T-Mobile Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.


Please note: Mariners Ballpark Pass tickets may not be resold or offered for resale to third parties. Any attempted resale of these tickets may result in the deactivation of such tickets; holders of deactivated tickets will not be permitted to enter the ballpark. Deactivated tickets will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus applicable service fees.
