The Marlins Foundation is delighted to provide support to a wide range of charities and community organizations each year in an effort to help raise funds for worthwhile causes through the In Kind Donation Program. The Marlins assist organizations with donations of memorabilia and other items for auctions, raffles and events as one way of supporting the thousands of great organizations in South Florida.
In partnership with the Commissioner's Community Initiative, Major League Baseball and Players Giveback and Marlins Corporate Partners, we are excited to be able to provide complimentary tickets to underserved youth-focused organizations, as well as other organizations that serve our community.
Fundraising with the Fish is an exclusive program designed by the Marlins to assist schools and nonprofit organizations in raising money by providing the opportunity to sell Marlins baseball tickets. Your organization keeps a portion of the proceeds raised from the tickets that it sells. For schools, it is also an excellent Family Day option that promotes both parent and teacher involvement with the students and the entire school community. And for nonprofit organizations, this program will assist in generating exposure and awareness for its causes. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The mission of the The Baseball Tomorrow Fund (BTF), a joint initiative between Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association, is to promote and enhance the growth of youth participation in baseball and softball throughout the world by funding programs, fields, coaches' training, and the purchase of uniforms and equipment to encourage and maintain youth participation in the game. Grants are designed to be sufficiently flexible to enable applicants to address needs unique to their communities.
