Your first installment payment for the Holiday Ballpark Pass is due at sign-up with the next installment payment not due until April. For your convenience, all tickets are delivered to you within the MLB.com Ballpark app and no physical tickets are provided.   • You can buy up to nine (9) passes, so if you want to sit with family and friends, be sure to purchase all your Ballpark Pass passes in one transaction.
  • Download the MLB.com Ballpark app and login to the same account used to purchase your Ballpark Pass. Passes are non-transferable. All passes purchased in the same transaction must be redeemed on the same mobile device.
  • Your mobile barcodes, needed to access entry into Marlins Park, will be located in the Tickets Section of the app.
  • A few hours before the game, you will be assigned to a seat location, if available, for no additional cost.

Q: Which phones are supported?

The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB.com Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Ballpark Pass.

Q: What type of device do I need to access my tickets?
A:
Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB.com Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Marlins Park and any seat assignments will be managed exclusively through the MLB.com Ballpark app.

Q: Are Ballpark Pass tickets refundable?

All Ballpark Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Q: Which games are included with my Ballpark Pass?
A:
Your Ballpark Pass includes access to all Marlins regular season home games at Marlins Park for the month purchased during the 2018 regular season.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games with the Ballpark Pass?
A:
No. You are guaranteed a standing room only ticket if seats are unavailable. If seats are available, seat locations may vary for each game.

Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A:
If you can't access your Ballpark Pass via text message, simply access the MLB.com Ballpark app and tap on the "Ballpark Pass" tab. Additionally, you can visit expapp.com/contact at any time to receive a timely support response.

Exchanging Passes

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A:
No, passes are non-transferable.

Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A:
A single Ballpark Pass cannot be shared. If you purchased multiple passes for your friends and family, you must access all passes through the MLB.com Ballpark app only on your mobile device to enter Marlins Park. Admission to Marlins Park and seat assignments will be managed through the MLB.com Ballpark app on your mobile device.

What To Do On Gameday

Q: Where do I access my barcodes for entry to Marlins Park?
A:
You will receive mobile barcodes for all games included with your Ballpark Pass in the MLB.com Ballpark app. Use these mobile barcodes to scan and enter Marlins Park on the day of the game.

To access your barcodes:

  • Log in to the MLB.com Ballpark app
  • Select the Tickets tab
  • Select the game you plan on attending
  • Tap each seat to view the individual barcode

Q: How will I be delivered my seats for the game?
A:
The barcodes in the MLB.com Ballpark app will give you access to the ballpark. A few hours before the game, you may be assigned a new seat location for no additional cost, if available.

Entering Marlins Park

Q: How do I get into Marlins Park with my Ballpark Pass?
A:
Your tickets for all regular season home games can be found in the MLB.com Ballpark app. Download the MLB.com Ballpark app and login to the same account used to purchase your Ballpark Pass. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Marlins Park.

Q. If I purchased multiple Ballpark Passes, how does my guest scan in?
A:
All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB.com Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both mobile access barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Marlins Park together.
 
Auto-Renewal of Passes

Q: How do I renew my Ballpark Pass for the month of May and beyond?
A:
You will be automatically renewed for May 2018 and beyond. You will be charged $49.99 (plus taxes and processing fees) on a month by month basis during the 2018 regular season. The charges will be processed as follows:

  • Month of April: Sunday, April 1, 2018
  • Month of May: Tuesday, April 23, 2018
  • Month of June: Friday, May 28, 2018
  • Month of July: Monday, June 25, 2018
  • Month of August: Wednesday, July 23, 2018
  • Month of September: Monday, August 27, 2018

Q: How do I opt out of renewing my Ballpark Pass?
A:
To cancel your Ballpark Pass, you must notify Ticket Services of such cancellation request by email to ticketservices@marlins.com.  

Q: When can I opt out of my Ballpark Pass?
A:
You must notify Ticket Services of such cancellation request on or before the 20th day of the month in order to cancel your Ballpark Pass for the following month. You cannot opt out of the Ballpark Pass program prior to May 2018 (which with such request to be received by April 20, 2018 to be effective for May 2018).

Q: How does the 10% discount at the Marlins Team Store work?
A:
The 10% discount on merchandise purchased at the Marlins Team Store is only valid between the date of purchase of your Holiday Ballpark Pass and December 31, 2017. To take advantage of this discount, please visit the Marlins Team Store at 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125 and present your Holiday Ballpark Pass. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion and is non-transferable and non-assignable.
