Mr. Met's Kids Club: FAQs

Complimentary tickets: TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR ALL GAMES IN MARCH-MAY EXCLUDING OPENING DAY (3/29) AND SATURDAY GAMES (3/31, 4/14, 5/5, 5/19). AVAILABLE ONLY FOR MONDAY-THURSDAY GAMES FROM JUNE 1 THRU SEPT 30. Tickets subject to availability.

Q: When will my Mr. Met's Kids Club Package Arrive?
A: If you order your package prior to December 12, members will receive your package prior to December 24. If you order your package after December 12, members will receive their membership package within 3-4 weeks of sign-up. If you attend a game before you receive your passport after signing up for the club, you are still able to check-in at the Kids Club Kiosk prior to the 3rd inning.

Free Members will receive an email with their Mr. Met's Kids Club information within 4-6 weeks of sign-up.

Q: How do I check-in at Mets games to earn prizes?
A: MVP and All-Star members can check-in by scanning the barcode on their Mr. Met's Kids Club passport at the Mr. Met's Kids Club Kiosk located in the Good Humor Fan Fest in center field. You must stop by before the third inning to collect your stamps and earn prizes throughout the year.

Q: What prizes can I earn?
A: We offer different prizes based on how many games MVP and All-Star members check-in at throughout the season. See below for the various prize levels:

  • Collect four (4) stamps and receive an autographed player card
  • Collect eight (8) stamps and receive a Mr. Met's Kids Club baseball cap
  • Collect twelve (12) stamps and receive a Mr. Met's Kids Club jersey

Q: How do I redeem my complimentary tickets?
A: MVP and All-Star members can redeem their complimentary tickets by visiting the members-only section on the bottom of mets.com/KidsClub and entering the code listed on page 2 of your passport under Comp Tickets. Ticket availability is limited to all games in March through April (excluding Opening Day and Saturday games), and any Mon-Thurs games from June 1 to Sept 30. All tickets must be redeemed in one transaction and are subject to availability.

Q: How do I redeem my complimentary scoreboard message?
A: MVP and All-Star members can redeem their complimentary scoreboard message by visiting the members-only section of mets.com/KidsClub and entering the code listed within your Passport under Scoreboard Message beginning on March 1, 2018.

The submission must follow our scoreboard guidelines which can be found on mets.com/scoreboard and be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the selected game (messages will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis). Availability is limited to all games in March through April (excluding Opening Day and Saturday games), and any Mon-Thurs games from June 1 to Sept 30.

Q: How do I redeem my BOGO Ticket Offers?
A: MVP and All-Star members can redeem their two (2) complimentary BOGO offers by visiting the members-only section of mets.com/KidsClub and entering one of the codes listed on page 2 of your passport under BOGO Offers.

Please Note: Members will be able to purchase up to eight (8) tickets total each BOGO offer (equivalent of four paid tickets, four free tickets, though all tickets will have a price at 50% their face value). Availability is limited to all games in March through April (excluding Opening Day and Saturday games), and any Mon-Thurs games from June 1 to Sept 30. Tickets and price levels are subject to availability.

Q: How do I utilize my fast pass access for the Mr. Met Dash after Sunday games?
A: Fast pass access is reserved for MVP and All-Star members only. Following every Sunday game, an exclusive line will form outside of the Bullpen Gate (located behind the Shea Bridge). There will be signage directing MVP and All-Star members to proper location once outside the gate. Please also make sure to bring your passport in order to gain entry into the Fast Pass line.

Q: Will my Mr. Met's Kids Club membership automatically renew for the 2019 season?
A: MVP and All-Star members will not automatically renew in 2019. You will need to sign-up once the club is launched for the 2019 season.

Mr. Met's Kids Club Free memberships will automatically renew in 2019 for free. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact premium(s) provided may change from year to year. Mr. Met's Kids Club will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the winter of the following season to notify them of pending renewal. You can decline this option by contacting mrmetskidsclub@nymets.com within 10 days of your 2019 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership.
