The Amazin' Mets Pass (“Pass”) provides access to every New York Mets (“Club”) regular season home game in the month a Pass is purchased during the 2025 season. Please note that the Pass provides for a Standing Room Only ticket.

All Pass tickets are delivered via the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. Passes cannot be exchanged or resold. Each Pass ticket barcode will be visible in the MLB Ballpark app and available to scan beginning approximately four (4) hours prior to the first pitch of the respective game. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Citi Field. Limit of six (6) Passes may be purchased by any person, household or entity.

Pass will be automatically renewed as follows, in each case unless otherwise cancelled as set forth below:

Discount pricing is available for verified Queens residents with confirmed billing zip codes in the borough of Queens (“Queens Residents”). For Queens Residents, the first Pass is at full price, and each additional Month-to-Month Pass is $20 per month, $60 for 3-month and $120 for 6-Month. Passes purchased by Queens Residents will automatically renew at their respective preferred rate in accordance with the schedule above.

By purchasing the Pass, you authorize the Club to automatically charge the applicable Pass fee (the “Fee”) to the credit or debit card specified online in your Tickets.com account, or any subsequent credit or debit card(s) you provide to the Club (your “Card”) during the 2025 regular season (each charge, a “Charge”). Each Charge of your Card of the Fee will occur as specified above. If the Card you provide to the Club expires or is not valid, then you must immediately provide the Club with a substitute card account or the Club may cancel your Pass. To cancel your Pass, you must notify Club Ticket Services by completing the opt-out form at Mets.com/BallparkPass; provided, however, that you must notify Ticket Services of such cancellation request on or before the applicable date specified above to cancel your Pass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month.

The terms and conditions of your Pass and policies applicable to use are subject to the New York Mets Regular Season Ticket Terms and Conditions as well as policies applicable to use.
