
(AKRON, OHIO) August 10, 2026 – The Akron RubberDucks announce their 2027 Early Edition Schedule. The club will play 69 home games in 2027, beginning with the home opener against the Erie SeaWolves on Friday, April 2, and concluding on Sunday, Sept. 5 against the Altoona Curve.
The 2027 schedule consists of largely six-game series beginning on Tuesday and ending on Sunday. The RubberDucks will be at 7 17 Credit Union Park for 12 weekends throughout the season playing, 11 six-game series and one three-game series (April 2-4).
“Even though there is still more baseball and fun in store at 7 17 Credit Union Park this summer, the release of our 2027 schedule has us looking forward to planning another season of fun,” RubberDucks President and General Manager Noel Blaha said. “We are excited to welcome teams like Hartford and Portland back to Akron, giving our fans a chance to see some teams in the Eastern League that they have not seen in a few years. With 69 home games and 12 weekends at 7 17 Credit Union Park, there will be many opportunities for the best fans in baseball to enjoy affordable family fun in downtown Akron.”
The RubberDucks will play a season-long 12-game homestand over 13 days beginning on Tuesday, May 11 against Somerset and ending on Sunday, May 23 against Portland.
