It’s never too early to spread holiday cheer! Just 168 days from Christmas (but who’s counting?), HODGETOWN will become a winter wonderland when the Amarillo Sod Poodles celebrate Christmas in July on the 10th of the month.
The Soddies will be pulling out all the stops, as Santa Claus delivered specialty jerseys for the team to wear as they take on the Arkansas Travelers (Double-A, Seattle Mariners) at 7:05 p.m. After the action on the field, there’s one more present that will be under the tree in the form of Fireworks Friday, which of course will be Christmas themed.
The Sod Poodles will surely be rockin’ around HODGETOWN on a festive Friday night! Snag some tickets today in order to secure your spot on the nice list this year!
Additionally, the Christmas-themed jerseys the Soddies will be sporting on Friday night will be auctioned off DURING THE GAME. Behind home plate on the concourse at HODGETOWN, fans can bid on game-worn and autographed jerseys featuring the starting nine, starting pitcher, and RUCKUS. The auction for these select jerseys will close at the end of the night on Friday. The remainder of game-worn and autographed jerseys will be auctioned off online with proceeds benefiting Storybridge. Fans can bid on these jerseys ONLINE with the auction closing at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12.
