Star Wars Night presented by Bucker International is coming to HODGETOWN! On June 19 when the Amarillo Sod Poodles take on the visiting Midland RockHounds (Double-A, Athletics), your Soddies will be taking the field in Star Wars-themed jerseys as part of a galactic adventure at the ballpark.
Among the highlights of the night the Sod Poodles have in store are Glow in the Dark Mini Bats available for purchase in The Burrow! These one-of-a-kind bats are also including with a purchase of a Star Wars Ticket Package.
Fans should also be sure to stop by the Route 66 Grill concession stand inside HODGETOWN for a taste of the "Galaxy Burger", sold for ONE NIGHT ONLY!
Roaming the concourse will be characters from the beloved saga. Come get your picture with your favorite Star Wars characters!
It all comes to grand conclusion postgame with a brilliant fireworks display themed to tunes of the Star Wars universe.
Additionally, the Mandalorian-themed jerseys the Soddies will be sporting on Friday night will be auctioned off LIVE and online with proceeds benefiting Buckner International. All jersey will be signed by the player or coach who donned the game-worn threads, with select jerseys going upstairs to the Fairly Group Club Level to be auctioned off IMMEDIATELY following the game. The remainder of the jersey will be available for auction ONLINE and can be bid on until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21.
