
North Little Rock, AR—Boston Smith hit a pair of home runs and Adam Leverett dominated on the mound as the Arkansas Travelers topped the Amarillo Sod Poodles, 5-2 on Sunday afternoon. Leverett punched out eight Sod Poodles over six innings and did not allow a base runner until two out in the fifth inning. He earned his fourth win of the season. Smith connected for a pair of homers on a three hit day while driving in three runs. Felnin Celesten and Hunter Fitz-Gerald doubled while Charlie Pagliarini and Josh Hood both posted two hit contests.
