Travs Announce 2027 Home Schedule

Arkansas will host every team in the Texas League at least once

August 4th, 2026

The Arkansas Travelers, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, have announced their home schedule for the 2027 season.  The 69-game home schedule begins on Tuesday, April 6, as Arkansas will host the Springfield Cardinals at CHI St. Vincent Field at Dickey-Stephens Park.  The season opener will see the Travs on the road on Friday, April 2.

Arkansas will play host to all nine of their league rivals next season.  It marks the first time since 2024 that all of the league’s members come to North Little Rock.  The Northwest Arkansas Naturals, Springfield Cardinals, and Wichita Turbo Tubs (changing names from Wichita Wind Surge) will all make two visits each to Dickey-Stephens Park over the course of the season.

The Travelers will have home games on several holidays in 2027 including Juneteenth (Saturday, June 19), Father’s Day (Sunday, June 20), and Independence Day (Sunday, July 4).  The club is home for the weekend of July 2-4, as well as the weekends leading into Memorial Day (May 28-30) and Labor Day (September 3-5).

The overall schedule consists of 138 games.  Forty-seven of the 69 home games occur on either a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday with 12 games each on a Friday and Saturday. By month, the Travelers will host 16 games in April, 14 in May, 8 in June, 13 in July, 13 in August and five in September.  For the seventh consecutive season, all MLB-affiliated minor leagues will work with a schedule based around six game series with every Monday being an off day.

Game times, promotions and giveaways will be announced at a later date.  A PDF version of the home schedule can be found here: LINK
