
It's one of the most meaningful and inspiring games the Bisons will play all year. On Thursday, August 6, join us as we Stand Up To Cancer® (SU2C) as the Herd hosts the Norfolk Tides (6:35 p.m), presented by the WNY Imaging Group and to benefit both the Breast Cancer Network of WNY and American Cancer Society.
ALL GAME TICKETS ARE JUST $10 EACH on this very special Family Value Night, presented by AAA Insurance. We'll have special ceremonials and first pitches before the game as well as a special in-game SU2C Placard Moment, where we take a moment to join together in honor those who have won and lost their own battles with the many forms of this terrible disease.
Plus, we'll be holding a very special In-Game Raffle featuring some amazing prizes, including autographed items from the Bisons (autographed bats and balls, Autographed Goo Goo Dolls Bobble Head), Buffalo Bills (Terrel Bernard autographed football) and Buffalo Sabres (Owen Power signed jersey, Ryan Miller signed stick!). Founded in 2008, SU2C raises awareness and funds research to detect and treat cancers with the aspiration to cure all patients. SU2C research dramatically accelerates the rate of new discoveries by connecting top scientists in unprecedented collaborations to create breakthroughs that lead to better cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment, which helps save lives now. To date, more than 3,100 scientists from more than 210 institutions have participated in SU2C-funded research projects.
