UPDATE: Heads up, Bisons fans... Our 2nd Annual "Vintage Movie Night," on Saturday, July 11 against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders is now a single-admission doubleheader with the first of two seven inning games beginning at 4:30 p.m. (Gates at 4:00 p.m.).
One ticket is all you need to catch two games between the Triple-A affiliates of the Blue Jays and Yankees. Please note though, because of the now-scheduled doubleheader, the planned pregame screening of 'A League of their Own' has been postponed.
We're still going to have some 'Vintage Movie Night' fun on Saturday night... The Bisons will take the field against the RailRiders in their fan-favorite 'The Natural'-themed jerseys, inspired by the great baseball film that was produced right here in Buffalo! We'll also pick out our favorite clips from The Natural and other great baseball movies and play them throughout the night.
Vintage Movie Night will also feature special in-game trivia and promotions as well as the Herd wearing their The Natural-themed jerseys. As our next Labatt-urday Night at the ballpark, there will also be $4 Blue and Blue Light Specials during the extended time of 4:00-7:30 p.m., special prizes from Labatt's and your chance to win Beer for a Year if a Bisons player homers of the inflatable beer can in right field.
