13TH SEASON AT TRUIST FIELD BEGINS IN MARCH
With the 2026 season down to the final two homestands, the Charlotte Knights are pleased to announce their 2027 home schedule for the team’s 13th campaign in Uptown. For a sixth consecutive season, the 2027 Triple-A schedule will feature 150 games with the Knights hosting 75 games in the Queen City.
OPENING KNIGHT IS MARCH 30 AT TRUIST FIELD
The Knights open the 2027 season with a three-game road trip before returning to Uptown for an exciting six-game series against the Memphis Redbirds (Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals). It all starts with Opening Knight, Tuesday, March 30. The six-game series against the Redbirds (March 30 - April 4) is the lone visit that the Cardinals’ top affiliate will make to Truist Field in 2027.
WEEKEND FUN THROUGHOUT THE SEASON IN ’27 — INCLUDING THREE HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
The Knights will once again host plenty of weekend games during 2027 with 39 home contests landing on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. As it turns out, the Memorial Day (May 28-30), Independence Day (July 2-4), and Labor Day (September 3-5) weekends will all feature Knights home games.
RIVALRY WEEK IS REAL - BRING ON THE CUBS!
Truist Field will really heat up when the Charlotte Knights play host to the Iowa Cubs (Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs) from June 8-13. The White Sox/Cubs rivalry will take center stage at the Triple-A level in the first ever matchup between Charlotte and Iowa at Truist Field.
TRIPLE-A BRAVES BACK IN UPTOWN
The Gwinnett Stripers (Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves) return to Truist Field for a pair of six-game series. The Knights play host to the Stripers from April 13-18 and August 31 - September 5.
DODGERS AFFILIATE COMES BACK TO TRUIST FIELD FOR MORE
One of the most entertaining series of the 2026 season was when the Oklahoma City Comets (Triple-A affiliate of the back-to-back World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers) visited Charlotte for the first time ever. The Knights welcome the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate back to Truist Field in 2027 as the Comets will take on the Knights in a six-game series from June 29 – July 4. This is one of two interleague series of the 2027 season for the Knights - Charlotte will also host the Round Rock Express (Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers) from July 27 – August 1.
