CHARLOTTE, N.C., August 19, 2026 – Knights fans, this weekend is all about you! The Charlotte Knights will celebrate the spectacular fans who made the 2026 season memorable with Fan Appreciation Weekend at Truist Field on Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12. The weekend will feature three games against the Buffalo Bisons, the Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. Alongside ballpark action, there will be exclusive giveaways, pregame entertainment, postgame fireworks and other opportunities to thank you for your unwavering support of the Knights all season long.
Fan Appreciation Weekend continues Saturday, September 12, with a doubleheader against Buffalo. The first game is scheduled for 12:35 p.m., followed by the second game at 5:35 p.m.
Before the 5:35 p.m. game, fans can enjoy live entertainment from Greazy Keyz and participate in a full team autograph session along with pregame catch on the field. Then, we’re ending the 2026 home schedule with a bang – a SUPER SIZED postgame fireworks show featuring double the size and double the fun of a traditional Knights firework display.
Throughout the weekend, the Knights will “clean out the closet,” giving you the fans, opportunities to take home promotional items from throughout the season, including bobbleheads, T-shirts and more.
On Friday, September 11, the Knights will host Fireworks & First Responders Night, with first pitch scheduled for 7:04 p.m. Fans can bring the family to enjoy Touch-a-Truck in the Kids Zone before watching the Knights take the field in Military Appreciation jerseys, which will be available through an online auction. Following the final out, fans can remain in their seats for a postgame fireworks show presented by Truist and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
