Dayton, Ohio – The Dayton Dragons have announced their schedule for the 2027 season. The Dragons will again host 66 regular season home games at Day Air Ballpark in the heart of the Water Street District. Game times will be announced at a later date.
The Dragons open the 2027 season at home on Friday, April 2 against the Great Lakes Loons. The final home game of the regular season is Sunday, August 29 against the Lake County Captains. The Dragons end the 2027 regular season on Sunday, September 5 on the road at the Lansing Lugnuts.
“We are thrilled to announce our 2027 season schedule,” Dragons President Robert Murphy said. “While we still look forward to a tremendous end to the current season and upcoming Midwest League Playoffs, preparations are already underway for next year. 2027 will be another season full of fantastic memories for our community and fans in downtown Dayton.”

The Dragons 2027 home schedule will feature ten six-game series and two three-game series for a total of 66 home dates. All three-game series will take place Friday through Sunday. Six-game sets are scheduled for Tuesday through Sunday. The Dragons will also play 66 road games against their Midwest League rivals. The Midwest League features two six-team divisions and includes teams from Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
The Dragons home schedule in 2027 will include visits for two series by their East Division rivals, the Great Lakes Loons (Dodgers), Lansing Lugnuts (Athletics), and Lake County Captains (Guardians). The schedule features one home series against the East division’s Fort Wayne TinCaps (Padres) and West Michigan Whitecaps (Tigers). Four West Division clubs, the Cedar Rapids Kernels (Twins), Peoria Chiefs (Cardinals), Beloit Sky Carp (Marlins) and Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (Brewers) will each visit Dayton for one series.
