In partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB), Minor League Baseball (MiLB) has announced Delmarva Shorebirds Visiting Clubhouse Manager Quest Wilson as the 2026 Carolina League Visiting Clubhouse Manager of the Year.

This prestigious award is selected based on nominations from individuals around the industry, including field managers and staff members who work closely with clubhouse personnel throughout the season. 2026 marks the second straight year a Shorebirds Clubhouse Manager has won a postseason award after Mason Gomez won the Home Clubhouse Manager of the Year in 2025. Wilson is the first Shorebirds Visiting Clubhouse Manager to win this award ranking amongst the best in the Carolina League (12 Organizations) this year.

"Quest is constantly one of the first people here and last to leave showing dedication, commitment, and passion to the Shorebirds and visiting teams players, staff, and personnel each day," said Shorebirds General Manager Chris Bitters. “Quest is one of the best at his craft and please join us in congratulating him on this well deserved honor."

Wilson joined the Shorebirds team at the beginning of the 2026 season after previously working with the State College Spikes. Wilson has consistently gone above and beyond the expectations in his duties as a clubhouse manager. Wilson's main responsibility is to ensure that visiting players and staff have everything they need when visiting Perdue Stadium, while helping provide structure to each day for the team.

Please join us in congratulations for Shorebirds Visiting Clubhouse Manager, Quest Wilson, for winning the Carolina League Visiting Clubhouse Manager of the Year Award!
