Dunedin, FL - Minor League Baseball has announced that Dunedin Blue Jays infielders JoJo Parker and Dameury Pena have been named 2026 Florida State League All-Stars.
Parker, Toronto’s top prospect and MLB’s No. 25 prospect, posted an .859 OPS with 13 home runs, 66 RBI and 22 stolen bases in 87 games with Single-A Dunedin.
At the time of his promotion to High-A Vancouver on August 10, Parker ranked among Florida State League leaders in RBI (66, T-1st), OBP (.388, 5th), SLG (.471, 4th), OPS (.859, T-1st), doubles (24, 3rd), walks (63, 3rd), extra-base hits (40, 2nd), total bases (153, 5th) and runs (68, 3rd).
In his final 35 games with Dunedin, Parker hit .299 with nine home runs, 23 extra-base hits, 39 RBI and a 1.032 OPS. His hottest stretch came from June 17-24, when he homered four times and drove in 10 runs across six games.
Parker, who turned 20 years old on August 8, was Toronto’s first-round pick (eighth overall) in the 2025 MLB Draft out of Purvis High School (MS). He was selected to the MLB All-Star Futures Game in his first professional season. Parker concluded his season with 21 games for the Northwest League champion High-A Vancouver Canadians, batting .316 with a .443 OBP and seven RBI.
Pena opened the 2026 season with the Minnesota Twins organization, batting .322 in 58 games with the Class-A Fort Myers Mighty Mussels with one home run, 31 RBI and 19 stolen bases.
The 21-year-old was named Florida State League Player of the Week in April after batting .625 with 10 hits in five games. Pena was promoted to High-A Cedar Rapids on June 22, and at the time of his promotion led the FSL with 77 hits and a .322 batting average, ranked sixth with a .393 OBP, and led all of Minor League Baseball with a 1.69 BB/K ratio among players with at least 250 plate appearances.
Pena was traded to Toronto on August 3 in exchange for Jeff Hoffman. He was assigned to Class-A Dunedin, where he batted .318 with four RBI in 12 games before earning a promotion to High-A Vancouver on August 24. Pena appeared in 10 games for the Northwest League champion Canadians to conclude the season.
