The Las Vegas Aviators scored four times before making their second out of the game Tuesday night and beat the El Paso Chihuahuas 6-0 at Southwest University Park. It was El Paso's sixth shutout loss of the season. 

Chihuahuas first baseman Nick Pratto matched his season high with three hits, going 3-for-3 with a double. Designated hitter Nick Solak hit a double off the center field fence to begin the fifth inning for El Paso's other extra-base hit. It was Solak's team-leading 22nd double.

José Leclerc, J.P. France, Hans Crouse and Ty Adcock pitched in relief for El Paso and none of them allowed any earned runs. El Paso pitching set down 13 batters in a row during a stretch from the first to fifth inning. Jamie Arnold, the Athletics' third-ranked prospect on MLB Pipeline, pitched five shutout innings in his Triple-A debut.
