El Paso starter Sean Boyle picked up his 10th win of the season in the Chihuahuas' 9-7 victory over the Las Vegas Aviators Saturday night at Southwest University Park. Boyle has the second-most wins in the Pacific Coast League to Oklahoma City's Cole Irvin, who has 11. Boyle is the first Chihuahuas' pitcher with 10 or more wins since three pitchers did so in 2019.

El Paso center fielder Mason McCoy went 3-for-5 with a triple and three RBIs. He also stole two bases and has 36 this season to lead the PCL. McCoy is six steals away from tying Tim Lopes' team record, set in 2023. Designated hitter Nick Solak went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and he has a 1.413 OPS and nine RBIs in the first five games of the series. First baseman Nick Pratto also had three hits Saturday and he has a .565 on-base percentage in the first five games of the series.

Hunter Stratton pitched two scoreless, hitless innings for his first Chihuahuas save. Stratton hasn't allowed any runs in 10.1 innings at Southwest University Park.
