August 16, 2026 — EVERETT, WA:  Everett AquaSox slugger Brandon Eike has been named the Northwest League Player of the Week following a dominant performance against the Spokane Indians.  Eike batted .500 (10-for-20) with five extra-base hits and nine RBIs, helping keep the AquaSox in playoff contention.

For the season, Eike leads the Northwest League with 24 home runs, a .541 slugging percentage, 46 extra-base hits and 198 total bases. His 24 homers are just two shy of the AquaSox single-season record set by Dariel Gomez in 2022.
