LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia – The Gwinnett Stripers will welcome former Atlanta Braves and Gwinnett Braves manager Brian Snitker back to Gwinnett Field on Thursday, September 17 as part of Salute to the Gwinnett Braves Night. It’s just one of many exciting promotions scheduled for the Stripers’ final homestand of 2026, a six-game series vs. the Indianapolis Indians (Pittsburgh Pirates) from September 15-20.
The week also includes the Stripers’ first-ever Purr in the Park (cats free with paid owner) on September 15, the final Fireworks Friday (presented by Akins Ford) on September 18, and Night of Giveaways highlighting Fan Appreciation Weekend on September 19.

Tuesday, September 15 vs. Indianapolis (6:05 p.m.)
Gates Open: 5:30 p.m.
- Purr in the Park: Cat parents, you asked, we answered! It's free admission for cats with a paid owner on the Berm or First Base Line (Note: all cats must be on a harness/leash or in a carrier/crate for the duration of the game).
- Pet Supply Donation Drive: We invite you to bring any and all pet supplies to contribute to our Purr in the Park Pet Supply Donation Drive. All contents of the drive will be donated to a local animal shelter following the game. Receive one (1) voucher for a free hot dog with each item donated (note: maximum six vouchers per ticketed party, valid only from 5-7 p.m.).
- 5-4-3 Tuesday, presented by Sahlen’s Hot Dogs: Come out to the ballpark every Tuesday for $5 off select tickets, $5 domestic beers and souvenir sodas, $4 large popcorn and nachos, and $3 Sahlen’s hot dogs.
Wednesday, September 16 vs. Indianapolis (11:05 a.m.)

- Education Day: Join thousands of kids from surrounding area schools to merge learning with America's favorite pastime!
Thursday, September 17 vs. Indianapolis (7:05 p.m.)

- Salute to Gwinnett Braves Night: For the last Throwback Thursday of the season, we are paying homage to our original identity, the Gwinnett Braves!
- Brian Snitker Appearance: Former Gwinnett Braves and Atlanta Braves manager, 2018 National League Manager of the Year, and 2021 World Series champion Brian Snitker will take part in a pre-game Meet & Greet in The Cove until 6:30 p.m. He will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game.
- Salute to G-Braves Specialty Jersey Auction: Stripers' players and coaches will don special jerseys inspired by the classic Gwinnett Braves uniforms. Autographed, game-worn jerseys will be available for auction at GoStripers.com during and after the game, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
- Throwback Thursday: We’re throwing back the prices (and the theme) with $2 Sahlen’s hot dogs and $3 domestic beers.
- Pop Night: Enjoy chart-topping favorites all night long and celebrate the icons that made Pop music great!
Friday, September 18 vs. Indianapolis (7:05 p.m.)
Gates Open: 6:00 p.m
- Fan Appreciation Weekend: The final weekend of the season is all about you, the best fans in baseball! Special promotions, giveaways, recognitions, and more during Fan Appreciation Weekend.
- Fireworks Friday, presented by Akins Ford: For the final time this season, a spectacular fireworks display lights up the sky after the game (weather permitting).
Saturday, September 19 vs. Indianapolis (6:05 p.m.)

- Fan Appreciation Weekend - Night of Giveaways: Our beloved Night of Giveaways returns for the third straight season, with new prizes and winners announced every single inning!

- 2026 Team Photo Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans will collect a commemorative Stripers Team Photo.
- Sunday Funday, presented by COUNTRY Financial: Kick the afternoon off with Pre-Game Catch on the Field, and end it with Kids Run the Bases (both weather permitting). It’s fun for the family all day long!
