The Louisville Bats and the American Red Cross are teaming up once again to help meet the ongoing need for blood donations in the Louisville community with a blood drive at Louisville Slugger Field on Friday, October 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Donors of all blood types are encouraged to participate. All blood donors will receive two ticket vouchers, redeemable for outfield reserved seats to any Louisville Bats home game during the 2027 season, excluding April 17, July 3 and July 4. Additional exclusions may apply.
Additionally, all donors will receive a $10 Amazon e-gift card from the American Red Cross.
Potential donors must bring a blood donor card or driver’s license to participate and will need to be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in generally good health in order to be eligible.
Donors may park in the main Louisville Slugger Field lot at the intersection of Jackson and Main streets and enter through the East Gate archway. Signage inside the ballpark will direct donors to the correct location inside Louisville Slugger Field.
Blood donors are encouraged to register in advance at the link below and help the Bats and American Red Cross give back to the community.
