Phillies, Mets, Red Sox, Cardinals Affiliates to Play at Harbor Park
The Norfolk Tides today announced their home game start times for the 2027 game schedule. The 2027 International League campaign is slated to begin on Friday, March 26th with the Tides hosting the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
The Tides will play 51 home night games this season, with 50 of those starting at 6:35 p.m. The Sunday, July 4 game will start at 4:05 pm. All 24 home day games will be played on Thursdays and Sundays. All twelve Thursday home day games will start at 12:05 p.m., and twelve Sunday home games, with the exception of July 4, will start at 1:05 pm.
The 2027 season will be Norfolk’s 57th in the International League and 58th overall at the Triple-A level (Triple-A East in 2021). It will also be the 34th year of baseball at Harbor Park. The schedule features 39 weekend games on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Gameday promotions for the 2027 season will be announced throughout the offseason. The Tides will have an All-Star break from July 12 – 15, followed by a three-game series at Nashville. In all, the Tides will have twelve homestands that total 75 home games. There will be one three-game homestand to start the season, ten six-game series, and one twelve-game homestand. The twelve-game homestand will be completed in thirteen days from June 29th - July 11th.
The Tides play ten different teams in 2027, with each of them visiting Harbor Park at least once. Only three opponents will visit multiple times. After Charlotte, the Chicago White Sox affiliate, arrives for the second series of the season from April 6th – 11th, the Tides host the Knights again from August 3rd – 8th. The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Miami Marlins affiliate, will visit Harbor Park twice in a span of one month, coming to Norfolk from April 20th – 25th and again from May 18th – 23rd. The Durham Bulls, the Tampa Bay Rays affiliate, visit from May 4th – 9th and June 29th – July 4th.
As for the seven other teams that visit once, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the Philadelphia Phillies affiliate, kick off the 2027 season at Harbor Park March 26th – 28th. The Syracuse Mets, the New York Mets affiliate, come to Harbor Park June 1st – 6th. The Worcester Red Sox, the Boston Red Sox affiliate, will come to town from June 15th – 20th. The Gwinnett Stripers, the Atlanta Braves affiliate, will visit July 6th -11th. For the first time since 2019, the Buffalo Bisons, the Toronto Blue Jays affiliate, will visit Norfolk from July 20th - 25th. The Memphis Redbirds, the St. Louis Cardinals affiliate, come to Harbor Park August 17th - 22nd. The Tides conclude the home portion of the 2027 regular season from September 7th – 12th against the Nashville Sounds, the Milwaukee Brewers affiliate.

The Tides also offer special discounts to students through high school, active military with ID, and senior citizens (60 & over). These special discounts are available in Reserved sections and can be purchased for $15 in advance. Children under two years old are admitted free of charge.
