(Reading, PA) - In anticipation of the first playoff game in Baseballtown since 2019, the Reading Fightin Phils have put playoff tickets officially on sale for a possible three postseason games at FirstEnergy Stadium.
If the Fightin Phils qualify for the postseason, they will be home on Tuesday, September 15, with first pitch at 6:45 p.m. Reading will play the Hartford Yard Goats, Double-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. Gates to the Diamond Credit Union Plaza will open at 5 p.m. for a night full of exciting playoff baseball.
Tickets are also on sale for a potential Championship Series at FirstEnergy Stadium, which would match the R-Phils up against the Southeast Division Champion. Game one would be on the road; game two would be at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22; and game three (if necessary) would be set for Wednesday, September 23, also at 6:45 p.m.
As of Tuesday, September 2, the Fightin Phils hold a 2.5-game lead over Somerset for first place in the Eastern League Northeast Division standings. Reading's magic number is currently nine to clinch a division title.

The Fightin Phils return home from Tuesday, September 8, through Sunday, September 13, against the Erie Seawolves, Double-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. On Tuesday, the first 1,000 fans receive a Pride Night R-Phils 32-ounce cup (Kutztown University and LGBTQ+ Resource Center at Kutztown University). Wednesday features a Game-Worn Pinstripe Jersey Auction/Raffle, while Thursday will be a Throwback Jersey Auction/Raffle. Friday night is a Prost Oktoberfest Tribute with fireworks (Savage Auto Group). It will be another Prost Oktoberfest Tribute on Saturday, with Carpenter MEGA Blast Fireworks (Penske). The series and regular season end on Sunday with Dinosaur Day, featuring Interactive Dinosaur Exhibits.
