Fightin Phils Finish 2026 Regular Season with Third Best Total Double-A Attendance

Reading Welcomed Average of 5,839 Fans Per Game; Second-Best in Double-A

(Reading, PA) - The Reading Fighitn Phils, Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, finished the 2026 season welcoming 379,514 fans to FirstEnergy Stadium.

That mark concludes the season ranked as the third-best overall attendance across all of Double-A. As of Sunday, September 13, the Fighitn Phils ranked as the 22nd-highest total attendance across all 120 Minor League teams. 

The Fighitn Phils also welcomed an average of 5,839 fans per game, which was the second-best amongst Double-A teams and 17th-highest in all of Minor League Baseball. Reading's season-high in attendance was on May 29 against Harrisburg, when 8,950 fans came to America's Classic Ballpark. Six games in 2026 had over 8,000 fans, and 18 contests had over 7,000 fans in attendance. 

This year continues a strong run of attendance for the Fightin Phils as they have welcomed over 370,000 fans to FirstEnergy Stadium in every season since 1996, excluding the 2021 season. Fightin Phils fans can continue to pack FirstEnergy Stadium when the Fightin Phils embark on their first postseason since 2019 and strive for their first Eastern League Championship since 1995.

Reading returns to the field on Tuesday against the Hartford Yard Goats at 6:45 p.m. for game one of the Eastern League Divisional Series. Pregame radio coverage is underway at 6:25 p.m. on the Reading Fightin Phils Radio Network. A video stream is available via MiLB TV or the Bally Live App.
