RICHMOND, Va. – Tuesday’s game (August 4, 2026) between the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Reading Fightin Phils has been postponed due to rain.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday night at CarMax Park. First pitch for Game 1 is scheduled for 5:35 p.m. Both games of the doubleheader are scheduled for seven innings. Both games of the doubleheader are included with one ticket.
Fans with tickets for Tuesday’s rain-postponed game can exchange them for a future 2026 regular-season home game (subject to availability) by visiting the Flying Squirrels ticket office, calling 804-359-3866 or emailing tickets@squirrelsbaseball.com.
The drone show originally scheduled for Tuesday night will be rescheduled to a later date to be determined.
The series is now scheduled to begin on Wednesday night with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The first 2,500 fans will receive a Nutasha bobblehead presented by Chick-fil-A. It will also feature Wednesday Happy Hour with $3 12oz. domestic drafts plus bottled non-alcoholic beers, sodas and waters from 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday is also a Bark in the Park night presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
