Beat the Heat at CarMax Park!
Don't sweat the July heat. CarMax Park has you covered with tons of options to stay cool, comfortable and hydrated so everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience:
- Hydration Stations: Guests are allowed to bring one empty, reusable water bottle to fill up for free at our water refill stations located throughout the park concourse.
- Cool Zones: Giant misting fans will be located in the outfield concourse area, and large fans will keep the air moving through the main concourse and Woodfin Yard.
- AC Comfort: Head behind home plate to The Backstop for a fully air-conditioned retreat!
- Delicious Refreshments: All concession areas will be wide open, serving up your favorite ice-cold drinks and ballpark bites.

Bring the whole crew! We have a host of family-friendly activities available throughout CarMax Park to keep kids of all ages smiling:
- Woodfin Yard: Toddler inflatable play area.
- Sections 117-118: Carnival games.
- On the Field: Yard games, interactive inflatables, and a massive bounce house!
- The Backstop (AC Area): Balloon artist, face painter, and jewelry making.

Clear Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe experience for everyone, CarMax Park follows bag policies as set by Minor League Baseball.
- All bags larger than 7" x 5" must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC.
- Exemptions: Diaper bags and medical bags are exempt from the MiLB Clear Bag Policy but are subject to search.
- Prohibited Items: Fans are not permitted to bring in weapons of any kind, including pocket knives. We will not permit any tools such as screwdrivers, bolt cutters, drills, or hammers.

Cashless Guest Parking & Rideshare Guide
Getting to the ballpark is a breeze, but we want to make sure your arrival at CarMax Park is smooth! Please note that all parking is cashless and paid on location, so have your credit card or mobile payment app ready upon arrival.
- Guest Parking: Available in the Red, Green, and Pink Lots for $10, or the Robin Hood Lot for $5.
- VIP Parking: Exclusively located in the Blue Lot; a digital hangtag or pre-approved pass is required for entry.
- ADA Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis, located in the Black & Gold lot and accessible through the Blue Lot entrance.
- Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Drop-offs and pickups are conveniently located in the Red Lot right behind the Arthur Ashe Center.

To ensure you don’t miss a minute of the action, please note that our new home is a completely cashless venue. Whether you’re parking, grabbing a cold drink, or picking up fresh gear at the Squirrels Nest Team Store, please come prepared with credit cards or mobile payment apps.
