RICHMOND, Va. – The Richmond Flying Squirrels will transform into Las Adrillas Voladoras again with a rambunctious cheering section backing them Friday against the Hartford Yard Goats.
Fans who want to cheer loud and proud for Las Adrillas Voladoras are encouraged to join the “Nut House Supporter Section” for the game.
The Nut House will be in section 117, down the first base line, where fans of all ages are welcome to cheer on Las Ardillas Voladoras with special chants all night long.
The first 2,000 fans through the gates on Friday will receive custom Las Adrillas Voladoras-branded maracas presented by Las Abogadas RVA to add to the Friday FUNN.
The Nut House section is designed for the loudest fans in the ballpark. Cheering, stomping, clapping and noisemaking of any kind is strongly encouraged. Tickets for the Nut House can be found here.
Las Ardillas Voladoras, the first half Southwest division champions, take on Los Chivos de Hartford, champions of the Northeast division in the first half, at 7:05 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Richmond is 2-1 this year when donning it’s Copa de la Diversion look at CarMax Park, including Drew Cavanaugh’s memorable pinch-hit walk off home run on April 24.
