Game 1 - Sugar Land 9, Salt Lake 2

Salt Lake dropped the series opener to Sugar Land, 9-2, on Tuesday night after the Space Cowboys used a pair of big innings to pull away. Alek Manoah kept the game scoreless through two innings before Shay Whitcomb broke it open with a third-inning grand slam, and Sugar Land added five more runs in the fourth, highlighted by Joey Loperfido’s two-run homer. Gustavo Campero put the Bees on the board with a solo home run in the sixth, his third homer in as many games, before Yolmer Sánchez drove in Kyren Paris with an RBI double. Salt Lake threatened late but couldn’t capitalize as Sugar Land secured the opening game of the series.
Game 2 - Sugar Land 7, Salt Lake 5

Salt Lake erased multiple deficits but fell 7-5 to Sugar Land on Thursday, dropping its third straight game. Gustavo Campero stayed hot with his third consecutive home run, while Niko Kavadas added a solo homer and Omar Martinez tied the game with his 10th home run of the season. The Bees matched Sugar Land at 5-5 through six innings before the Space Cowboys pulled ahead on Jake Meyers’ two-run double in the seventh. Salt Lake brought the
tying run aboard in the ninth but was unable to complete the comeback.
Game 3 - Sugar Land 8, Salt Lake 2
WP: Michael Knorr (3 - 1) LP: Dillon Tate (1 - 1)
Sugar Land capitalized on timely two-out hitting and late power to defeat Salt Lake 8-2 on Thursday night. Christian Moore drove in both Bees runs, collecting RBI hits in the third and fifth innings after Yolmer Sánchez reached base and stole second both times to give Salt Lake a brief 2-1 lead. Sam Aldegheri turned in a strong bounceback outing, allowing one run over five innings while matching his Triple-A career high with seven strikeouts. However, the Space Cowboys rallied with a go-ahead two-run homer by CJ Alexander in the sixth before adding two
more in the seventh and pulling away with a three-run blast from Trenton Brooks in the eighth to hand the Bees their fourth consecutive loss.
Game 4 - Sugar Land 4, Salt Lake 3 (10 inn.)
WP: Miguel Ullola (3 - 4) LP: Shaun Anderson (1 - 1)
Game four of the six-game series remained scoreless through the first three innings before Sugar Land took a 1-0 lead on Matt Thaiss’ two-out RBI in the fourth. Salt Lake answered in the fifth as Gustavo Campero’s sacrifice fly plated the tying run after the Bees loaded the bases with three walks. The Bees stranded the bases loaded again in the sixth before taking their first lead in the eighth when Jeimer Candelario tripled and Nelson Rada followed with an RBI single for a 2-1 advantage. Sugar Land tied the game in the ninth after capitalizing on a two-out error, forcing extra innings. In the 10th, Yolmer Sánchez’s sacrifice fly scored the automatic runner to put Salt Lake back in front, but Sugar Land answered with an RBI triple and a game-ending passed ball in the bottom of the inning to secure a 4-3 walk-off victory.
Game 5 - Sugar Land 8, Salt Lake 7
WP: Christian Roa (2 - 0) LP: Jared Southard (1 - 3)
Rob Kaminsky struck out the side in his first Triple-A start since 2024, but Salt Lake dropped a heartbreaking 8-7 walk-off loss to Sugar Land on Saturday night. Niko Kavadas provided the biggest swing of the series with his first professional grand slam, giving the Bees a 4-1 lead in the third. Sugar Land answered with four runs in the fourth to reclaim the advantage before adding two insurance runs in the seventh. Salt Lake mounted a dramatic ninth-inning comeback as Omar Martinez drove in a run, a double play plated another, and Gustavo Campero blasted
a game-tying solo homer with two outs and two strikes. In the bottom of the ninth, however, the Space Cowboys capitalized on a fortunate double before Raynel Delgado delivered the walk-off double, handing Salt Lake its second straight walk-off defeat.
Game 6 - Sugar Land 4, Salt Lake 3
WP: Miguel Ullola (4 - 4) LP: Kaleb Ort (5 - 4)
Salt Lake struck first on Gustavo Campero's two-out RBI single in the third before Sugar Land answered with two runs in the fourth to take the lead. The Bees responded in the fifth as Kyren Paris tied the game with an RBI double and Niko Kavadas followed with a go-ahead RBI single. After Tayler Saucedo escaped a seventh-inning jam to preserve the lead, Sugar Land rallied for two runs in the bottom of the ninth to walk off Salt Lake, 4-3, sending the Bees to their seventh straight defeat.
