SOUTH BEND, IN - The goal of the South Bend Cubs organization following each season is to enhance the already award-winning fan experience at Four Winds Field. The most efficient way to do this is to focus on the feedback given to the team from each guest that attends each game. The end-of-season fan survey helps the front office determine what to focus on going into each off-season, which is imperative in providing a one-of-a-kind baseball experience every game, in the hopes of making memories in Downtown South Bend.
The 2026 edition of the fan feedback survey, presented by A+ Window Cleaning, is available online now. The quick, eight-question survey reflects on all things about the ballpark experience. Fans are encouraged to provide honest feedback.
All completed surveys will be entered into a raffle for ten prizes, and one grand prize. Each of the ten prizes will include a four-pack of tickets for a South Bend Cubs game in the 2027 season. The grand prize is a complimentary Four Winds Field outdoor suite experience at a 2027 South Bend Cubs game, with a $100 dining credit included. One entry per person. Suite offer valid for South Bend Cubs home games in 2027 between April 1 and May 15. Plus, everyone who enters will receive $50 off any service from A+ Window Cleaning.
“We wouldn't be able to work on improving what we offer on a daily basis at Four Winds Field without feedback from the Michiana community,” South Bend Cubs President Joe Hart said. “The stadium's transformation and the landmark growth that has come with it over the last number of years has been incredible. We want everyone to be a part of what we have in Downtown South Bend, and with that we want to hear about their collective experience. Which is crucial in the planning for 2027 and beyond."
There are just 18 regular season home games remaining in the 2026 season. The already playoff-bound first-half champion Cubs will host game two of the Midwest League West Division Series on September 10 at 7:05 PM, as well as game three on September 11, if necessary.
