Cubs Host Divisional Playoff Game Thursday at Four Winds Field

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as limited tickets remain.

SOUTH BEND, IN - The South Bend Cubs will host game 2 of the Midwest League Playoffs at Four Winds Field on Thursday, September 10. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The game will also feature Thirsty Thursday with 24-ounce fountain sodas and 16-ounce domestic draft beer are just $3.00.

The Box Office will be open on Gameday beginning at 10:00 a.m. A limited number of premium advance parking passes are available in Lot B. Those spots must be purchased in advance, click here to purchase. 

As of this writing, Lafayette Boulevard between Monroe Avenue and South Street is closed due to the fire at Stadium Flat Apartments. Fans should use alternate routes to access the parking lots. “We are incredibly grateful for the quick efforts of the South Bend Firefighters on scene to minimize the damage to the stadium and 1st Source Bank Performance Center,” said South Bend Cubs Team President Joe Hart. “Thankfully there was minimal damage and there will not be any impact on the fan experience on Thursday. Fans should check our website on Thursday for any updates on parking.”

On Thursday, all fan amenities will be open including the Performance Center, Toyota Fun Zone, Miller Lite Tiki Hut, and Cubs Den Team Store. 

By winning the first half Western Division title, the Cubs elected to host games two and (if necessary) game three. The Quad Cities River Bandits won the second half Western Division title and will host game one in Davenport, Iowa tonight (Tuesday, September 8). Fans can listen to all the action on Sports Radio WSBT 960am and 96.1 FM. The pre-game show stats at 7:10 p.m. and first pitch is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. with Brendan King and Tyler Reidy on the call.
