TOP PERFORMERS
Ethan Hedges got the scoring started for the Indians with a fourth-inning solo shot into the Pepsi Porch in right field - his team-leading 15th of the season. The 22-year-old third baseman has been one of Spokane's most consistent performers all season, and currently ranks among the Northwest League's top five in RBI (73), hits (117) and total bases (187).
Derek Bernard connected on his first High-A home run - a two-run moon shot to right-center in the fifth - and finished the night 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored.
Robert Calaz continued his late-season surge with a pair of doubles and is now batting .393 (22-for-56) with six doubles, five home runs, 10 RBI and a 1.220 OPS over his last 15 games.
Wilder Dalis, Tanner Thach and Blake Penso each had a pair of hits in the loss.
