ST. PAUL, MN (August 4, 2026) - We’re beginning to take the turn for home. Just three homestands remain in the 2026 season, but there’s still plenty of time to get a healthy dose of our promotions. These artistic ideas are good enough to get a call from the Hall. The rich tradition of baseball in Minnesota will be on full display. We’ll try not to come high and tight lest we cause a backyard brawl. If we could pull the old switcheroo and go back to the beginning of the season we would, but let’s enjoy the final few homestands and kick it off during our August 4-9 homestand.
Tuesday, August 4 vs. Louisville Bats (Cincinnati Reds), 7:07 p.m. – Ushertainer Switcheroo presented by Hamline University
We love all of our Ushertainers. They are the lifeblood of the entertainment at CHS Field. Seigo, the cult-like figure who serenades the crowd with "Singing with Seigo." Maybe you like feeling cooler than The Nerd and Nerdette, doing calisthenics with Coach, cooking up something special with Chef, or being among royalty with Belle of the Ballpark. Whatever tickles your fancy, fans have been entertained to the fullest at CHS Field because of these creative characters. But what if, for one night, they switched places in our Ushertainer Switcheroo presented by Hamline University? Think of the movie Freaky Friday. The Nerd becomes the Chef, Nerdette becomes Belle of the Ballpark, and Seigo becomes…you’ll just have to wait and see. Find out where our Ushertainers love to travel on a Sun Country Travel Tuesday.
Wednesday, August 5 vs. Louisville Bats, 1:07 p.m. – Health and Wellness Day
We believe a little laughter is good medicine, but we'll leave the actual medical advice to the professionals during our Health & Wellness Day. Get tips on staying healthy, learn about the importance of screenings, find out some fitness tips, and gather resources to help you live a healthier life. It's the perfect opportunity to learn something new, ask questions, and maybe even discover that walking to the concession stand counts as exercise...or at least we're willing to make that argument. Don't worry, we're not asking anyone to trade a ballpark hot dog for kale. Around here, wellness is all about balance. Spend the day taking care of yourself, enjoying a Saints game, and giving your smile a workout—because laughing burns calories, right? Thursday, August 6 vs. Louisville Bats, 7:07 p.m. – Celebrating Black Baseball in Minnesota as the St. Paul Gophers
The St. Paul Colored Gophers were a small club of Black baseball players formed in St. Paul in 1907. Since 2021, the St. Paul Saints have honored this incredible barnstorming team and continue to do so in 2026. The Saints will don the St. Paul Gophers uniform for their game against the Bats. The club lasted several seasons, also playing under the names Twin City Gophers and Minneapolis Gophers. In 1909, the Colored Gophers defeated the Leland Giants. Friday, August 7 vs. Louisville Bats, 7:07 p.m. – Jimmy Lee Umpire Awards Ceremony & Post-Game Fireworks Powered By Xcel Energy
Before the game, we celebrate the hard-working men and women in blue. It’s the fifth year of the Jimmy Lee Award honoring the outstanding umpires in the Twin Cities. Baseball and softball umpires will be nominated in five different categories: Lifetime Achievement in Umpiring, Most Dedicated Umpire, Rookie Umpire of the Year, Young Umpire of the Year, and Most Improved Umpire during a memorable pregame ceremony. Saturday, August 8 vs. Louisville Bats, 6:37 p.m. – Backyard Brawl Presented By Heppner’s Auto Body
It’s a video game that brings back nostalgia for so many. Pablo Sanchez. Kiesha Phillips. Achmed Khan. Kenny Kawaguchi. Draft your favorite neighborhood team and get ready for a battle on your favorite playground, sandlot, or ballpark as we honor a classic video game, Backyard Baseball, presented by Heppner’s Auto Body. The Saints and Bats bring the video game to life, playing two games during the 2026 season as teams from the video game. The Saints will wear St. Paul Bombers uniforms while the Bats transform into the Louisville Melonheads. The two-game series began with one game in Louisville on June 27, with the Saints winning 12-0. Why is that important? There’s one HUGE catch to this unique battle. The team that scores the most runs in the two-game series gets to choose a promotion for the loser to do in 2027. We’re not trying to put the cart before the horse, but the Saints are already crafting ridiculous ideas for the Bats. Let’s celebrate in style by putting on your favorite Hawaiian polo on a Treasure Island Saturday.
Sunday, August 9 vs. Louisville Bats, 2:07 p.m. – Artsy Fartsy Day Presented By People Incorporated
Artists to the left of us. Artists to the right of us. All around CHS Field, the Lowertown area is filled with some of the most talented artists in the state. The Saints have honored the artists of Minnesota since day one at CHS Field back in 2015. While it’s a daily occurrence, we decided to do one big blowout with Art in the Park presented by People Incorporated. You know what is a beautiful piece of art? After the game, kids run the bases on a Cub Family Sunday.
Saints tickets continue to be a tremendous value. Tickets range in price from $5-$35. Friday home games with Post-Game Fireworks are an additional $3 per ticket. Post-Game Fireworks Supershows (September 12) are an additional $4 per ticket. Tickets purchased on the day of the game are an additional $2 per ticket. Children under the age of 12 and seniors 65 and older receive $1 off the admission price. Children under 2 who don't require a seat are free.
Saints Box Office hours on non-game days are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. On game days, the Box Office will open at 9 a.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. Sunday and will remain open until 15 minutes following each game. Tickets are always available at saintsbaseball.com.
