Syracuse Mets Announce Official Jersey Patch Program for the 2027 Season
Partners will have the opportunity for millions of impressions with Jersey Patch logo
Syracuse, NY – In 2027 Major League Baseball will implement a Jersey Patch rights program for Minor League Baseball teams, including the Syracuse Mets. The program allows the Syracuse Mets to sell Jersey Patch rights on official home, away and alternate Jerseys for the 2027 season through the 2030 season. The Jersey Patch will feature an advertiser’s logo & be located on either sleeve of the on-field jerseys.
The Syracuse Mets will wear the jerseys featuring the sleeve patches for over 125 games across 9 different cities in 2027. The asset delivers high-frequency visibility during live play at NBT Bank Stadium, regional television broadcasts on SNY, and digital streams via MiLB.tv and Bally LIVE as well as through the Syracuse Mets social channels.
“This is much more than putting a logo on a banner – it’s making a partner part of our signature uniform look,” said Jason Smorol, Syracuse Mets general manager. “Whether our players are taking the field in Syracuse, appearing in viral highlights, or nightly news sports highlight reels, that brand is right there on their shoulder. It’s the ultimate way to connect a business directly with the pride and loyalty of our fan base.”
Beyond broadcast and on-field exposure, the official jersey patch partnership will be part of a larger customized package to include additional branding touchpoints and rights to use the team marks in co-branded marketing campaigns.
All proposed jersey patch advertisers and logo designs are subject to final review and approval by Major League Baseball.
