Syracuse Mets Homestand Highlights: Tuesday, September 1st to Sunday, September 6th

Homestand features SU Athletics Night, a Doc Gooden appearance, coin and jersey giveaways and more!

SYRACUSE, NY – The Syracuse Mets return home to NBT Bank Stadium for a six-game series against the first-place Rochester Red Wings (Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals) from Tuesday, September 1st to Sunday, September 6th.

Tuesday, September 1st (6:35 p.m. game, 5:30 p.m. gates) – The week starts with a La Cheeserie Taco Tuesday at NBT Bank Stadium. Featuring $10 all-in tickets, it’s the cheapest way to see a game all season! All fans can enjoy three tacos for just $14.50 (chicken, beef or vegetarian options available), and tacos can be purchased from the carts on the first and third base sides. Tuesday is also La Cheeserie Night Part 5. Fans of “The Tony Kornheiser Show” know. Use the code, people. All littles are welcome.

Wednesday, September 2nd (6:35 p.m. game, 5:30 p.m. gates) – Wednesday is a We Care Wednesday, presented by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, as the Mets welcome (10) local 501(c)(3) organizations to table on the main concourse. For more details and to purchase tickets to benefit those organizations, visit https://www.milb.com/syracuse/community/we-care-wednesday. Wednesday is also a Wildcat and Wine Slushy Wednesday. Fans can enjoy $1 off any slice at the Wildcat Concession Stand (3rd base side) during each Wednesday home game. Plus, 50% off Thousand Islands Wine Slushies every Wednesday at the Jim Beam Dugout Bar (behind home plate) & the 315BullpenBar (left field).

Thursday, September 3rd (6:35 p.m. game, 5:30 p.m. gates) – This week’s Dollar Thursday is College Night and SU Athletics Night presented by SU Athletics. Syracuse Cheer and Dance will be in the house, along with Otto, and the SU Band will be playing at the Main Gate when gates open! DJ Showcase will be in the house and playing in the 315 Bullpen Bar as part of the Chevy All-American Live Music Series. Dollar Thursday is still the greatest invention in the history of baseball. Fans can enjoy $1 Coca-Cola fountain drinks, $1 souvenir in the Team Store, $2 Hofmann hot dogs and coneys (4 per transaction), & $3 16 oz. select cans and drafts of Labatt, Coors, Budweiser, Saranac, & 1911 hard ciders. All Dollar Thursdays are also presented by 95X.

Friday, September 4th (6:35 p.m. game, 4:30 p.m. gates) – Friday is Geddes Federal Savings & Loan Association Night and this Fizzy Fireworks Friday will feature an early 4:30pm gates open and live music by the band AMP. Be there early for a special Syracuse Mets 150 x United States 250 Commemorative Coin giveaway for the first 1000 fans in attendance. On Fizzy Fridays, special beverage ticket packages are available to fans 21 & older. For only $30, fans get an Outfield Box ticket to the game and (2) vouchers for all beverages at the Metro Grab and Go, located underneath the Metropolitan Club on the first base side, including canned craft beers, canned cocktails, water, or soda. ($35 for a Dugout Box ticket). Tickets must be purchased at syracusemets.com or at the Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at the Stadium. After the game, fans can enjoy a postgame fireworks extravaganza!

Saturday, September 5th (6:35 p.m., gates open 5:30 p.m.) – It’s Wall of Fame Day on a Super Saturday presented by NBT Bank! Featuring an appearance by 1986 World Series Champion Doc Gooden and a Syracuse Baseball Sticker Bomb Jersey giveaway, this Super Saturday is one of the biggest of the year. The Mets will induct their 2026 Wall of Fame class featuring inductees Dom Leo, Randy Mobley, and Tony DeVivo in the morning, and honor them with a pregame ceremony prior to first pitch. Sunday, September 6th (5:35 p.m., gates open 4:30 p.m.) – It’s a Labor Day Weekend late night with your Syracuse Mets! Celebrate the holiday as gates open at 4:30pm, a 5:30pm first pitch and fireworks after the game. Every Sunday is Kids Eat Free Family Sunday. Kids 12 & under will receive vouchers upon entry for a free kids Hofmann hot dog, a bag of chips, a 12 oz. Coca-Cola fountain drink, and a kids ice cream.

All week long SINBUN will be serving food out of the Sysco Local Eats concession stand.
