A's FanFest Scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 8

Event is once again presented by Comcast SportsNet California; tickets on sale Wednesday, Jan. 14

OAKLAND, Calif. - Fresh off their third-straight playoff appearance, the Oakland Athletics will host their annual FanFest on Sunday, Feb. 8, at the O.co Coliseum and Oracle Arena. This event gives fans their first glimpse at the 2015 A's and is one of the best chances of the year to get up close and personal with A's players and coaches.

Tickets to A's FanFest, which cost $10, will go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 9 a.m. PST, and can be purchased at www.athletics.com/fanfest. The event is expected to sell out and fans are encouraged to buy tickets early. Admission is free for children ages six and under. Parking at the event is also free.

A's FanFest will feature free autograph sessions with A's players, including Josh Reddick, Sean Doolittle and Stephen Vogt, among others; manager Bob Melvin will be on hand along with members of his staff; photo opportunities with the A's four World Series trophies will be available, along with tours of the A's clubhouse. FanFest is also the first opportunity to sign up for the 2015 A's Kids Club, and there will be a memorabilia sale benefiting the A's Community Fund, various hands-on coaching clinics, and much more.

All of those events will be held at O.co Coliseum, with player introductions and question-and-answer sessions taking place inside Oracle Arena.

Doors open at 9 a.m. and the event begins at 10 a.m. with player introductions inside Oracle Arena. FanFest concludes at 4 p.m.

Individual game tickets and ticket plans also will be on sale at A's FanFest. Tickets can be purchased at the O.co Coliseum box office, online at www.athletics.com/tickets and over the phone by calling 877-493-BALL (2255). Individual tickets will first go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 9 a.m. PST.
