Zac Brown Band add third show at Fenway Park, Sunday, August 9

Public on-sale Friday, March 27 at 10am at www.redsox.com/zacbrownband

Boston, MA - Zac Brown Band made history when they announced that they would be the first artist to perform two nights in two consecutive years at Boston's Historic Fenway Park. Today, the Boston Red Sox and Live Nation, along with the band, are proud to announce that they've done it again by becoming the first artist to perform three nights at the famed ballpark. After the Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8 performances sold out in record time, a third show has been added due to overwhelming demand on Sunday, August 9. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, March 27 at 10am via www.redsox.com/zacbrownband. Tickets pre-sale for Zac Brown fan-club members is available starting on Monday, March 23rd at 12pm.

"The popularity of Zac Brown Band in Boston was evident to us last year when they sold out Fenway Park," said Red Sox Executive Vice President/COO Sam Kennedy. "We are thrilled to welcome them back to the ballpark for the second consecutive year for three more shows this August."

Zac Brown Band are touring in support of their forthcoming album 'JEKYLL + HYDE', out April 28, 2015 on Southern Ground/John Varvatos Records/Big Machine Label Group/Republic Records. Describing the album's direction, Zac told Rolling Stone earlier this year that it will have "things that people will expect and things that they won't." Digital pre-orders include immediate downloads of "Homegrown", "Dress Blues" and "Heavy Is the Head (feat. Chris Cornell)" at select partners. "Homegrown" - the band's highest chart debut, which is bulleted at #9 on country radio this week - has earned massive fan support and early praise for its "rock feel" (Country Weekly) and "intricately arranged vocal harmonies" (Billboard); "Dress Blues", written by Jason Isbell, is a somber and stirring tribute to members of the military who have been killed in service; and "Heavy Is the Head", which features Chris Cornell, the multi GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter and legendary frontman for pioneering rock bands Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog, and has been deemed " a brazen rock & roll squall full of chugging Zeppelin-esque riffs and burn-it-down vocals" (Entertainment Weekly). The album also features a collaboration with Sara Bareilles.

'JEKYLL + HYDE' follows Zac Brown Band's three platinum-selling albums, 'Uncaged', 'You Get What You Give', and 'The Foundation', and their 2013 project 'The Grohl Sessions Vol. 1', which have together sold over seven million copies, produced a historic series of eleven #1 hit singles and earned three GRAMMYs.
