Pirates sign another player from 2015 Draft

The Pittsburgh Pirates today signed the following player from the 2015 First-Year Player Draft. The announcement was made by Joe DelliCarri, Pirates Director of Amateur Scouting.

Round 40 - Daniel Zamora, LHP, 6-3/195, SUNY Stony Brook.

Zamora went 7-3 with a 3.00 ERA in 15 appearances (13 starts) in 2015 with SUNY Stony Brook. He has been assigned to the West Virginia Black Bears (Class-A, NY-Penn League).

The Pirates have now signed 28 players from this year's Draft.
